If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship, we suggest you refer to your original receipt and contact that retailer for warranty evaluation. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement as we can only process items purchased directly through our website. If the product arrives with a defect, we will replace at no cost to the customer.
